I enjoyed staying in this comfortable and stylish hotel based in a funky building. Extremely spacious units with plenty space, perfect beds, as example, and the staff were welcoming! Got an amazing breakfast included. The food was nice and the location was magnificent. A tram station was a short walk to the property. The stay was fairly nice.
Facilities were new, though internet connection was weak.

The foie gras I tried nearby at the Brasserie Belcier was out of this world! The location had a water dispenser that was super convenient, and the staff were kind and helpful.
The air conditioning wasn't cutting it, leaving the room too warm on sunny days, and the Wi-Fi acted up, a bummer when you want to scroll through travel pics.

Convenient location with great transportation access
I really appreciated the proximity to the train station and tram line. My room was clean and surprisingly quiet, awesome for a restful stay despite being close to the city center. The breakfast provided a decent array of options, but I do think they could improve on the variety and keep everything stocked more efficiently.

What a letdown this hotel was, i couln't even believe the air conditioning in my room was barely working. I expected to find complimentary water and milk for my coffee, instead i had to endure their sparse offerings. I almost considered a good review, but the lack of special treatment left a bitter taste in my mouth.

The location is super convenient for getting around Bordeaux. The tram stop is just a couple minutes away, getting you to tourist spots quickly. The breakfast spread was excellent with tons of options. The staff was really cute.
